Odyssey Hotel Group is one of the leading hotel companies in the overall market. Founded in 2012 in the Netherlands, today it is one of the few companies that excellently understand the importance of hotels and the needs of real estate investors.
Currently, Odyssey Hotel Group operates 14 hotels with more than 2000 rooms, and 30 additional properties are under completion. The current hotel portfolio includes properties such as Design Hotel Glow, Hotel Nassau Breda Autograph Collection, Moxy Düsseldorf South, Hotel Schloss Lieser Autograph Collection, The Slaak Rotterdam – a Tribute Hotel, Delta Hotel by Marriott Frankfurt-Offenbach, Courtyard by Marriott Bremen, Holiday Inn Express Almere, Moxy Hamburg Altona.

Development: from start to finish, all the way
In April 2020, Activum SG Real Estate joined Odyssey Hotel Group as a major shareholder, securing OHG’s targeted growth path in Spain, Germany, Finland, Austria, England, France and the Netherlands.
The company is aiming to open its 150th hotel in the next few years. The long-standing cooperation with Marriott International and the Intercontinental Hotels Group as well as the attention to detail combined with professionalism – this combination makes the Odyssey Hotel Group a pioneer in the hotel market.
Working with Odyssey Hotel Group, landlords can focus entirely on investing in real estate, while hotel management and ensuring hotel quality are handled by the group.
Management: we love hotels, we love service
Managing a hotel is not a space science. It is hard work and requires a lot of commitment and passion, every day. But it is also a lot of joy & fun, especially when it brings a smile to the guest’s face. Our teams work hard to meet and even exceed our guests’ expectations. For example, staff sometimes run home very quickly to fulfil a guest request for a NASA foam pillow, another guest asks for a special menu and so one of our chefs creates a customised delicious menu. These are just a few examples of what our staff are happy to do for each guest. Conclusion: Our hotels receive excellent ratings, as do our staff. This makes us very proud & grateful!
