Our COVID-19 measures and policies

After a long period of insecurities and patience, our hotels look very much forward to welcoming you soon! Soon, we are finally able to do what is in our nature: hosting and serving our guests. Naturally, the safety and health of our guests and employees are our number one top priority. Odyssey Hotel Group has implemented safety measures ensuring our guests memorable experiences while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Whether you travel for business or pleasure, we are here for you. During your stay, we promise:

1) Distance

We maintain a 1.5 meters social distancing standard. Our hotels have been re-designed to enable distance between guests and employees. In some cases, restrictions on the amount of guests in specific areas have been implemented. Signage is placed throughout the entire hotel to remind guests of keeping distance. A special screen has been placed on the reception counter to avoid direct contact between our Front Office employees and guests. Moreover, Debit- and Credit card payments are promoted to avoid physical contact.

2) Disinfection

We increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our guest rooms and public spaces. Moreover, hand disinfection dispensers are placed at key guest and employee entrances an contact areas. At a minimum, this will include the lobby/reception, employee entrances, restaurant entrances, meeting spaces, elevator landings, fitness area and other public areas as applicable to the specific hotel. Signage will remind employees and guests to wash hands, cough and sneeze into the elbow and to avoid touching their faces.

3) Culinary

To enable a full hotel experience, all our hotels offer Food and Beverages during your stay. Adjustments on the Food and Beverages offerings and restaurant set-up have been made to avoid direct contact between the employees and guests. These adjustments are hotel specific. We only allow guests with pre-made reservations in our restaurants to ensure we are in control of safeguarding the 1.5 meters distance throughout your dining experience.

In-room dining is also available and served with a no-contact delivery method.

4) Staff

Our employees are fully trained on the COVID-19 safety and hygienic measures. Employees are engaged in frequent hand washing, keeping distance and taking responsibility. Employees exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will stay home and self-isolate for the required amount of time; from the onset of experiencing symptoms until being symptom-free for at least three days without medication. Employees who notice a co-worker or guest exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will immediately report this for further actions. Our employees will take pro-active and reactive measures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment and will take action whenever guests or employees are putting this at risk.

5) Staycations
